Working closely with the client and key stakeholders we help create a website that allows patients, providers and partners to connect with CDI clinics. They key to connecting users to CDIs network of over 120 centers in 22 states was to allow users to search for clinics that were close their location as well meet their service and procedure needs.
Through interviews with key stakeholders we defined target audience personas and user stories to guide us through our content strategy.
For this project wireframing was invaluable in allowing us to craft content to meet the needs of our users.
User testing helped us to test and optimize our UX creating clear paths for patients, providers and partners to efficiently find the answers they need.
